  • Do you have payment plans? How do payments work?
    Yes, absolutely! We like to break projects down into payment plants to make the investment a little easier for you and to keep the project moving with regular payments. Your deposit payment is non-refundable and required to save your spot in our schedule. Then, the rest of your payments will be spread out though the project. For payment plans that work for you, lets chat!
  • Do you have additional and future design support?
    Once a Hazelwood Media client, always a Hazelwood Media client! If you are an existing client or past client that is in need of web updates, brand updates, or any other additional design services for you and your business, please contact us!
  • What type of files will I be receiving for my deliverables?
    At the end of our time together you will be receiving all your final files within our shared dropbox, which contains the EPS, JPEG, PNG, and PDF formatting of each deliverable. This makes your deliverables suitable for print, digital use, manufacturing and more!
  • Are design estimates given before a complete investment?
    Absolutely! We take pride in being open, upfront and honest about our prices and will always send over an estimate before beginning any work together. Custom quotes are provided upon filling out our enquiry form and enquiring to collaborate together!
  • What is your process and how long does it take?
    Typical turnaround time is between 2-4 weeks depending on the projects scope. However, timelines are sometimes affected by clients feedback and decision making. If you have any questions, feel free to have a chat with us!
